Terms of use

Clear rules for using this site.

By using this site you accept these terms. They’re short and written to be understood.

What this site is

This is the informational website of JimjoAI, an AI and automation consulting and implementation service for businesses run by José Alberto Jiménez. It explains the services, shows case studies and offers ways to get in touch.

Information, not advice

The content is general and informational. It doesn’t replace legal, accounting, financial or cybersecurity advice for your specific situation. Any engagement is agreed separately, with a scope defined after the assessment.

Case study results

The results shown, such as 25% and 18% of time recovered, belong to specific clients and their circumstances. They don’t guarantee the same outcome for another business.

The self-assessment

The self-assessment is a guide. Its recommendations are general starting points, not a diagnosis of your operation.

Using the form

Use it for genuine inquiries. Spam, offensive or threatening content, impersonating someone else and trying to disrupt the site are not allowed. I may ignore or delete messages that don’t follow these rules.

Intellectual property

The text, design, the JimjoAI brand and its logo belong to JimjoAI. You’re welcome to share links to the site, but not to copy or reuse its content for commercial purposes without permission. Fonts are used under their own licenses.

Links to other services

Some buttons lead to outside services, such as Calendly for booking calls. Those services have their own terms and policies, and I don’t control their content or availability.

Availability

I do my best to keep the site working and its information current, but it may contain errors or be unavailable at times.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JimjoAI is not liable for damages resulting from using this site or from decisions based only on its general content.

Privacy

How your data is handled is explained in the privacy notice.

Changes and contact

If I change these terms, I’ll update this page and the date above. For any questions, use the contact form.
