How I work

A short, clear process with no surprises.

You work directly with me from start to finish. We begin with a conversation, then I do an assessment, and I don’t build anything until it’s clear what we’re solving and how we’ll measure it.

The process

Four steps, in this order.

Each step ends with something concrete in your hands. If at any point it doesn’t make sense to keep going, I’ll tell you.

  1. We talk

A 30-minute video call. You tell me how your team works and which task you’d love to stop doing by hand.

    • No commitment
    • In English or Spanish
    • At the end, I tell you if I see a clear opportunity
  2. I assess

I review your processes and the tools you already use to understand where time is lost and what’s worth solving first.

    • A map of where work gets stuck
    • A prioritized plan
    • Scope and cost in writing
  3. I build

I build the solution on top of your current systems. I start with a small pilot so we can test it with your team before expanding.

    • Testing with the people who will use it
    • Adjustments before it goes live
    • Training for your team
  4. I measure and adjust

We compare before and after: how much time is saved and which tasks are no longer done by hand. That tells us the next step.

    • Measured results, not assumptions
    • Fine-tuning the details
    • We decide the next step together

Principles

What you can expect from me.

01

You work directly with me

No middlemen, no account team. The person you talk to on the first call is the same one who assesses, builds and trains your team.

02

I use what you already have

Before I suggest replacing a system, I look for ways to get more out of what you already use. In one of my cases, QuickBooks stayed. What changed was how its information gets used.

03

I start with a small, measurable pilot

One process, one clear goal and a way to measure it. If it works, it grows. That way you’re not betting everything on a big project from day one.

04

Your team learns to use it

An automation nobody understands ends up abandoned. I train the people who will use it and explain what each part does.

05

I protect your data with minimal access

I only ask for the access the project needs, ideally with permissions you control and can revoke whenever you want.

Still have questions?

I answer the most common ones below. If yours isn’t there, write to me and I’ll get back to you.

Frequently asked questions

What people usually ask me before we start.

Does my business have to be big?

No. What matters isn’t size, it’s whether there are repetitive tasks eating up hours every week. One of my cases is a promotional products business; the other is a company’s sales department.

Do I have to change my systems?

Not necessarily. I start by working with what you already have: QuickBooks, your email, your spreadsheets or your CRM. If a tool is truly holding you back, I’ll tell you, and we’ll evaluate it together before changing anything.

Is AI going to replace my team?

The idea is to take the repetitive tasks off your team’s plate, not to take their jobs. In the sales team’s case, the time they got back now goes into finding new clients. The important decisions stay in your people’s hands.

How do you protect my data?

I only ask for the access the project needs and, whenever possible, with permissions you control from your own accounts, so you can revoke them whenever you want. I don’t use your information for anything outside the project. When a workflow uses AI, I explain what data goes through the tool, and we decide together what stays out.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the scope. I don’t sell fixed packages, because every operation is different. After the assessment, I give you the scope and cost in writing, and you decide whether we move forward.

Do you work in English and Spanish?

Yes. I can work with you and your team in English, in Spanish or in both, whichever feels most comfortable.

Do you work remotely?

Yes, I work remotely. Calls are over video, and we handle follow-up by email.

What happens on the first call?

It’s 30 minutes. You tell me how your team works, which tools you use and which task you’d love to stop doing by hand. I ask questions, and at the end I tell you whether I see a clear opportunity and where I’d start. No sales pitch and no commitment.

First step

The first step takes 30 minutes.

A no-commitment conversation to understand your operation and tell you honestly whether I can help.
